Cons of Maruti Brezza
1) No Petrol Engine, No AMT/AT
As of now, the Brezza comes only in the diesel engine and there is no automatic transmission available as well. So, for people looking for an automatic or compact petrol SUV, this can be a major obstacle in choosing Brezza.
2) Base Variant Lack Basic Features
It’s only the top most variant of Vitara Brezza (Zdi and Zdi+) which has got the features and the entry level variant misses out on them. Moreover, Brezza doesn’t even come with features which the lower priced Maruti Baleno has which includes Bi-Xenon lamps, telescopic steering wheel, no auto dimming IRVM and leather steering. Even it misses out on leather seats, AC vents and centre console.
3) No Rear Disc Brakes
The S-Cross which has got similar engine specs as that of Brezza comes with four disc brakes and Brezza again misses out on this feature.
4) Less Boot Space
The Brezza has got the lowest in segment boot space of 328 litres which could really trouble you while you are travelling with friends and family.
