Suzuki Spacia was recently launched in Japan for JPY 1,274,400 (INR 7.26 lakh approx). Spacia Custom Kei was also launched with the standard model. The car is available in two wheel drive and four wheel drive variant with hybrid power-train. Suzuki Spacia is highlighted with its van style rear sliding door.
The cars are extremely safe as buyers get the option of front and rear collision mitigation system as standard. The system avoids collision by deciding the amount of brake force as sometimes avoiding front collision in a wrong way lands the driver into a rear one.
Suzuki Spacia Custom is much more stylish with highlighted front grill, sharper lights and added features while Spacia looks flat at the front with almost squarish headlights and much smaller grill. The cars are equipped with heads up display that helps with sign reading and display all the information in 360 degree color view.
Rear seats on both the cars are sliding and that helps in better legroom for the passengers. Suzuki Spacia is powered by a 658cc, three cylinder engine producing 52 PS of maximum power. The engine comes mated to a CVT and offers both 2WD and 4WD option.
Both the products are specific to Japan market only. Spacia Custom looks cool with loads of chrome on offer while Spacia comes with a conservative design approach that offers standard steel wheels and silver highlights on the exterior.
