Toyota has officially launched the much-awaited Urban Cruiser HyRyder midsize SUV in the Indian markets with a starting ex-showroom price tag of Rs 15.11 lakhs. It is worth mentioning here that this price tag is for the mid-variant (S eDrive 4×2 Hybrid) as Toyota has not yet announced the prices for the base variants of the HyRyder. As per the details available, the rest of the prices will be revealed in a phased manner, most probably next month. For now, the brand has revealed the prices for only four variants.
S eDrive 2WD HYBRID | Rs. 15,11,000 |
G eDrive 2WD HYBRID | Rs. 17,49,000 |
V eDrive 2WD HYBRID | Rs. 18,99,000 |

The mild hybrid powertrain, dubbed Neo Drive, is powered by Maruti Suzuki’s 1.5L K15C petrol engine with an Integrated Starter Generator (ISG). This engine is designed to belt out 92 HP & 122 Nm of torque. This powertrain is available with a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission.
As far as the colour options are concerned, the midsize SUV is being offered in a variety of seven monotone shades and four dual-tone shades.
The top-tier V variant specification includes leatherette seats, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a panoramic sunroof, an Arkamys surround sound system, hill descent control, driving modes, and roof rails. Other key features of the Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder comprise a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, a 9-inch infotainment touchscreen system, HUD, a layered dashboard, wireless charging, automatic climate control and more.
