The collaboration of Steelbird Hi-Tech with Blauer HT in August 2018 has resulted in the production of two Blauer helmets, which have been listed on the Steelbird’s official website in India. The customers can now avail the newly-launched Steelbird Blauer Solo and Hacker helmets at a price tag of INR 9,999. Both the helmets are ECE 22.05 certified and are being manufactured at the Steelbird’s plant located in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.
Coming to the unique styling, both the Steelbird Blauer Solo and Hacker helmets are made of fibreglass shell that has been developed using the balloon moulding and further makes the helmets more durable when compared to the polycarbonate plastic used in the regular motorcycle helmets. The customers can avail both the Solo and hacker in Black, White, and Titanium colour variants with an option of matte and glossy finishing.
The half-face helmets developed by Steelbird in collaboration with Blauer features replaceable interiors in addition to getting both tinted and clear visors as an option. Catering to different head sizes, the brand is offering both the helmets in XS, S, M, L and XL sizes. The brand has used REACH-registered fabric for the interiors that further offers better cushioning for more comfortable riding.
The Blauer Hacker helmet is also offered with a replaceable Stylish TPU rear band, which can be availed in different colours for additional visibility. The Hacker and Solo have been equipped with double visor technology with an inner sun visor for added convenience while riding.
Apart from the launch of two new Blauer helmets, Steelbird is expected to launch more new helmets in collaboration with other international brands in the future, which are expected to range from INR 10,000 going all the way up to INR 50,000. The customers can avail the Steelbird Blauer Solo and Hacker helmets at the official Steelbird website or from their nearest retail stores.
