A helmet is one of the best and must-have motorcycle riding gear whose beauty can be further enhanced with an extraordinary modification. One such customization we came across has been done on the Vega Jet open face helmet by ‘Guns and Hoses’, a custom paint studio in Mumbai. The customizers have offered a PUBG theme to the helmet. The client, Hem Thakker, is a big fan of the PUBG game thus he wanted something along the same lines.
Coming to the design, ‘Guns and Hoses’ has offered an exclusive PUBG look to the helmet in addition to a dog tag named “Suicane”, which is a faux name used by Hem Thakker in the PUBG game. The rear end of the helmet features a PUBG player wearing the same clothes worn by the player in the game. At the rear bottom, the helmet features “Winner Winner Chicken Dinner” graphics in yellow colour. Adding to its unique looks is a PUBG logo at the front in addition to various black gun graphics matching that of the ones offered in the game itself.
The right side of the helmet further features the “Guns and Hoses” logo in the black shade as well as a “Revive” symbol with black detailing. The overall profile of the helmet now resembles the PUBG battleground. The customizers have used a Vega Jet open face helmet for the customization.
The helmet has been developed from a high impact ABS material shell while the half-face visor has been offered a UV and scratch-resistant coating. Made from optical polycarbonate, the front visor of the helmet gets a quick-release mechanism. The inner lining of the helmet is further removable as well as washable. The Vega Jet open face helmet has ISI and DOT certification.
