Apple iPhone 11R Leaked in a New Set of Rendered Images

The rendered images of the Apple iPhone 11R have surfaced online ahead of the official launch in September 2019. Three iPhones are expected to debut which would be successors to the iPhone XR, XS, and the XS Max. The rendered images you see here are purely based on rumours and leaks regarding the design of the device.

Images that show the Apple iPhone 11R could easily be mistaken for last year’s XR from the front, as there is no change in the design at the front. But at the rear, there is an addition of dual-lens cameras that are arranged vertically with LED flash on the right, and all three elements are housed in a large square bump with rounded corners.

The Apple iPhone 11R is expected to be powered by the latest Apple A13 SoC from TMSC who happens to be Apple’s chip supplier. Also, it is being rumoured that the next-gen iPhone XS and XS Max might feature triple rear cameras housed in a large square bump, which is similar to the rendered image of 11R. Also, the front-facing camera is said to be upgraded to 12MP from 7MP that was seen in 2018 models.

Well-known Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo recently claimed that Apple could also make major changes to the antenna design in its iPhone models this year, and according to him, the brand could use a new antenna technology. Also, the 2019 iPhone models are likely to come with reverse wireless charging. He also said that the new series is expected to get a hike in battery capacity from their predecessors. Kuo states that Apple will continue to use LCP material in the 5G models of its iPhones in 2020.

Some reports say that the Apple iPhone 11R may come with an all OLED display, while others believe that Apple will stick with its liquid retina LCD display because of the high price of an OLED display. There were some speculations suggesting a smaller notch or no notch but apple analyst Kuo believes that there will be no change to the size of the notch in 2019 iPhone lineup. Well, all the doubts would be cleared once the new iPhone 11R will be revealed officially in September this year.
