Cat S61 has been officially launched at MWC 2018 for $999 (INR 65,000 approx). The special purpose phone comes with air quality sensor, laser assisted measurement and thermal camera.

These special purpose tools are required in certain specific fields and Cat S61 can help the worker enjoy multiple benefits out of a single device. The rugged phone is powered by a Snapdragon 630 processor.

It offers 5.2-inch, full HD display with gorilla glass 5 protection. The screen can be used with wet hands and even through gloves. Cat S61 supports 4GB of RAM and offers 64GB internal storage for the buyers.

Sensors like barometer, accelerometer, proximity sensor and e-compass are offered as standard. This package measures 13mm in width while IP68 certification guarantees water and dust resistance.

The phone runs on Android Oreo as stock and comes in a single black shade with grey highlights. The primary camera on use is 16MP while front 8MP sensor is offered for all condition selfies.
