Nokia 8 Sirocco smartphone is the successor for Nokia 8, with a better spec sheet and build quality. As per the latest reports, HMD Global has recently released an Android 10 update for the Nokia 8 Sirocco. The mobile phone was launched back in 2018 and it featured Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box. The Android 10 update for smartphone is 1.38GB in size and it also gets April 2020’s security patch.
The smartphone will get a ‘Dark Mode’ after updating it to Android 10, which will enable less strain on the eyes. In addition to the ‘Gesture Navigation’, the users would be able to use ‘Smart Reply’ feature which will save more time with recommended actions. There would also be additional controls for privacy and location settings. As the update has just rolled out so it will take some time to reach every user across the world.
To recall, the Nokia 8 Sirocco comes powered with Octa-Core Snapdragon 835 processor with Adreno 540 GPU. The optics of the smartphone are handled by a dual-rear camera setup. It has a rear fingerprint sensor and comes with IP67 water and dust resistance rating. It comes in a pack with a 3260mAh battery with support for wireless charging.
