Nokia is ready to rock the world with its re-entry into the smartphone segment. Keeping things in control this time, Android is the new companion of the upcoming Nokia D1C. The phone has been leaked in three benchmark databases and will now be available in two different version. Reliable sources have confirmed that both the models are in testing phase and would be made official at Mobile World Congress 2017 in February. There are even chances that Nokia may host a private event for making these devices official.

The lower spec D1C would be using 5 inch full HD touchscreen, 2GB RAM, 16 GB inbuilt storage, 13 MP rear and 8 MP front camera. It will use a Snapdragon 430 chipset with 1.4 GHz octa core processor and Adreno 505 GPU. It would come with Android 7.0 as standard. The second variation is a 5.5 inch full HD touchscreen device with 3GB RAM and 16 MP rear camera.
The 5.5-inch model is expected to be powered by the same processor and graphic processor from the 5-inch variant. Both the models will support the same design with size differences only. Nokia is a renowned brand when it comes to phones and their entry into the android smartphone segment can directly affect the sales of products from Chinese and Korean phone makers. There has been no clue for the pricing section of both the phones while it is sure that they won’t charge a big premium this time to keep their entry safe among those 100s of Android products available in the market.
Whatever it may be, people all around the world would love to have the heavily loaded and most probably competitively priced Nokia back in their hands. Nokia D1C might not be the official name for the upcoming Nokia Android Smartphone, and the company might be launching it under C or P series. As per the latest details available, Nokia D1C would be priced under INR 15,000 and might come to India by March 2017.
