Oppo A83 with face unlock has been officially launched in India @ INR 13,990. The all-new smartphone takes just 0.18 seconds to unlock.
This technology was first seen on iPhone X as the use of bigger display left no space for fingerprint sensor on the phone. Oppo A83 comes with a 5.7-inch HD+ display that help keeping the overall weight lower at 143 grams. To keep all functions crisp as ever, Oppo is using 4GB RAM on the A83.
It comes with a 2.5 GHz Octa Core processor, 32GB of internal storage and expandable memory capacity of 128GB. The phone runs on Android 7.1 with Oppo’s ColorOS 3.2 on top.
Front fascia of the phone look excitingly premium as almost negligible bezels are left on both the sides. Connectivity options on offer includes Dual SIM support, 4G VoLTE, GPS, Bluetooth 4.2 and much more.
Oppo A83 comes with 3180 mAh battery, 3.5 mm audio jack and just 7.7 mm of overall thickness. Front camera that makes the 128 feature point face unlock possible is an 8MP unit while rear camera on the Oppo A83 is a 13MP unit with LED flash. A83 comes in Champagne Gold and Black shade in India.
