Along with the Galaxy S20, Samsung also announced the Galaxy S20 Plus smartphone with a starting price tag of USD$1200 (INR 85,500 approximately) at the Galaxy unpacked event in San Francisco. The smartphone is available with two processor options. The first option is Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 and the other one is Samsung’s Exynos 990. However, it is not clear which processor we would be getting for the Indian market.
Coming to display, the Galaxy S20 Plus is featured with a 6.7-inch Quad HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2x Infinity-O display with 120Hz refresh rate. Alike the Galaxy S20, it is featured with the same triple rear camera setup. It has a primary 12MP dual-pixel sensor, 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens with a 120-degree field-of-view, and a 64MP Telephoto lens with OIS. At the front, it has a 10MP dual-pixel selfie camera.
The Galaxy S20 Plus comes in a pack with a 4500mAh battery that comes with support for wired 25W fast charging. It also supports Fast Wireless charging along with the new Wireless Power share feature that can charge Qi-compatible devices on the back of the smartphone. Samsung has not revealed the availability and pricing details for India yet.
