In addition to the unveiling of the Samsung Galaxy Fold 2, the brand will also take the covers off its Galaxy S20 series at the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event scheduled on February 16, 2020. The S20 series from the brand will include the S20, S20+ as well as S20 Ultra while the official rendered images of the upcoming smartphones have also recently surfaced online.
Equipped with a 2.5D curved glass display, the Samsung Galaxy S20 and S20+ would be the debut S-series smartphones from the brand to not feature the iconic 3D glass like all other flagship mobile phones under the brand’s portfolio. In addition to this, both the S20 and S20+ will feature smaller bezels on the sides.
According to the leaked images, the left-hand side of the smartphone will not feature any button which means that the brand has removed the dedicated Bixby button while the volume keys, as well as the power button, will be positioned on the right.
Coming to the camera modules, the Samsung Galaxy S20 and S20+ are expected to feature a 12MP+64MP+12MP triple camera module at the rear. In addition to this, the new reports also suggest that both the S20 variants will be available to the customers in Cosmic Black, Cloud Blue, and Rose colour options.
There haven’t been many details revealed on the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra though it is expected to feature a 108MP ISOCELL Bright HMX primary camera in addition to getting a 48MP secondary sensor and a tertiary 12MP wide-angle lens. The smartphone is expected to pack a 5000 mAh battery with 45W fast charging while gets 100X ‘Space Zoom’ by making use of large numbers of pixels.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra is expected to feature 12GB or 16GB RAM while the internal storage options will range from 128GB to 512GB.
