Modified Yamaha R15 by HTRZ Modz SHORNUR: HTRZ Modz are back with a charming machine and this time, a Yamaha R15 V2 was covered in custom paint to improve the visual character of this motorcycle. As fans are moving for third version of Yamaha R15 in India, getting your V2 refreshed is not a bad idea for those who love the current design.
The combination of Orange and Turquoise Green looks stunning as one could see the lower panel, front fender and under-seat cowl in a much brighter state than ever. The rear wheel is also finished in Orange for this R15.
Remaining parts like front fairing, side body and fuel tank use Matt Metallic Grey paint as base, further highlighting the panels through a Black airbrush pattern and Grey inserts within the side fairing.
One can spot the Motul moniker on the lowest panel while front brings custom projector headlights with hand-built LED daytime running lights. They have replaced the exhaust can of V2.0 with a Gloss Black exhaust unit. The removal of rear number plate fitment and tyre hugger improves super sport character for the road.
Yamaha R15 is presently available in V3, V2 and S variants. The latter uses a single long seat while V2 remains the same as the one launched few years back. Both of them use the same 149.8 cc, single cylinder engine producing 16.8 BHP at 8500 rpm and 15 Nm at 7500 rpm.
The engine comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox. Yamaha R15 V3 is much more powerful with 19.04 BHP of power under the fairing. It even comes with bigger front disc, LED lights, fully digital console and wider tyres.
