Royal Enfield Electra Bobber by Admec Customs: Modified Royal Enfields are the talk of the town when it comes to their intact authenticity and the enhanced design language existing together. One such modification that requires the viewer’s attention is the customized 2010 Royal Enfield Electra that has been offered a bobber style outlook. The customization has been carried out by Admec Customs, Gujarat who have offered the stock machine a combination of red and black colour scheme complimenting the bobber profile further.
Coming to the front fascia, the modifiers have equipped the motorcycle with a round halogen headlamp unit while the telescopic forks at the front have been offered a longer stance. The 41mm front forks feature a 180mm travel that has been borrowed from the Royal Enfield Thunderbird.
The rear of the motorcycle has been equipped with a much wider 160/70-R17 tyre while the rear suspension is taken care by the Paioli shocks borrowed from Continental GT. In addition to this, the front forks have been housed in broader brackets that have been specially customized for the wider tyre.
The front tyre of the stock motorcycle has been replaced with Ralco 140/60-R17 tyre shod with rims from KTM. The disc brake setup at the front features callipers sourced from ByBre. The handlebar unit on the motorcycle has been shod with a single-pod instrument cluster borrowed from the donor model while the customized bike has been equipped with Moxi adjustable levers. The inverted wing mirrors shod on the handlebar adds to its unique characteristic.
Admec Customs have used an aftermarket fuel tank for the Royal Enfield Electra Bobber which has been borrowed from the scrap dealers of the Thunderbird motorcycle. The rear mudguard as well as the fuel tank unit have been offered the red and black colour scheme while the toolbox has been imparted a white colour scheme with ‘45’ scribbled on it.
Apart from these, there aren’t any mechanical changes made to the engine on the stock machine. The customized Royal Enfield Electra Bobber continues to be powered by a 346cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that is good for a maximum power of 19.8 Bhp @ 5250 rpm and a peak torque of 28 Nm @ 4000 rpm. The engine remains mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The entire customization project requires a total of INR 60,000 and Admec Customs can deliver the motorcycle in just 15 days.
