Sales Report: Top 10 Best-Selling Scooters in India (March 2020)

The list depicting the top 10 best-selling scooters for March 2020 has been led by Honda Activa again. The scooter has been consistently ranking on the first position since its launch in the Indian market. As per the latest sales report, Honda Activa posted a sales figure of 1,14,757 units, though it registered a 23% drop in sales due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

Following it is Honda’s Dio with a sales figure of 29,528 for last month. The third position in the list has been marked by Suzuki Access that registered a sales figure of 26,476 units. It has witnessed a loss of 47% in its sales if compared to the sales number posted by the scooter in the same month last year.

The fourth position in the top 10 best-selling scooters list has been marked by TVS Jupiter. It managed to post a sales figure of 21,001 units which is 61% less when compared to the same month last year. The fifth position has been marked by Yamaha Fascino that was good for 14,433 units registered in last month. The sixth position in the list has been bagged by Hero Pleasure by registering a sales figure of 13,898 units. Following it is Yamaha Ray scooter with a sales figure of 11,972 units for last month.

The eight positions in the list have been marked by Hero Destini 125 with a sales figure of 9,523 units. It witnessed a decline of 58% in its sales when compared to March 2019. TVS Ntorq bagged 9,194 units and stands at the ninth position in the list. The tenth position in the list has been marked by Suzuki Burgman Street with a sales figure of 5,009 units for March 2020.
