New Hero XOOM 110cc Scooter Photos and Price List in India

Hero MotoCorp recently launched a new 110cc scooter in the Indian market, known as XOOM 110. Three variations of the new Hero Xoom scooter are on offer: LX, VX, and ZX. Prices range from Rs 72,349 to Rs 80,499 (introductory ex-showroom prices in Mumbai).

Coming to the key features, only the top-end ZX model of the Hero Xoom has cornering lights. For the 110cc scooter segment and even the 125cc segment, it is a first-of-a-kind feature. While turning the scooter, the road on which the scooter is leaning gets illuminated by these lights. A gyroscopic/accelerometer sensor alerts the cornering lamps when the scooter is leaning into a corner. The cornering lamps are inactive when the handlebar is turned while the scooter is still.

Hero XTEC Bluetooth connectivity system is also included in the ZX version. It enables notification alerts on the smartphone of the rider. Some of the other key features of the scooter include the likes of a front disc brake, alloy wheels with diamond cuts, and a digital dash.

The digital dash is also included in the mid-level VX variant, albeit with a different backlight. However, it lacks the connectivity features mentioned above. The only model with a digital-analogue dash is the base LX model. On the other versions, a glove box, a USB charger, and a boot light are standard.

The Maestro Edge 110 and the Pleasure+ both use the same 110.9cc engine as the Hero Xoom, and it is tuned similarly. The single-cylinder air-cooled engine generates 8.7 Nm of maximum torque at 5,750 rpm and 8.1 horsepower at 7,250 rpm. Hero’s i3s start/stop technology, which can also be disabled, is present in all Xoom models.

Hero’s Xoom-specific chassis is the same as Hero’s other 110cc models, but it has been modified. The mono-shock system and telescopic fork are brand-new innovations. The LX model has a 90/90-12 rear tyre, whereas the VX and ZX models have a wider 100/80-12 unit. The 90/90-12 front tyre size is standard across all variants of the scooter.

Hero claims that Xoom is currently not OBD-2 compliant. The OBD-2 specifications will become enforceable on April 1, 2023. Here is the detailed price list of the new Hero XOOM 110 –
