The launch of Amazfit Verge Lite, a smartwatch, has managed to grab everyone’s attention. The watch has been launched by Xiaomi-funded Huami brand. The product is loaded with features and is ready to woo its customers. The Amazefit Verge Lite is being retailed in the country through Flipkart at a price tag of INR 6,999.
The smartwatch offers a long-life with its battery that can last up to 20 days. It also comes with a 24-hour heart rate monitor teamed with notifications, alerts and also offers features like sleep-tracking that monitors your activities throughout the night.
The 20-day battery-equipped Amazefit has an AMOLED display of 1.3 inches (360×360 pixels), that is available in combination with the protection offered by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and an anti-fingerprint coating. The smartwatch offers compatibility with the Android 4.4 or iOS 9.0 and above, along with offering support to music play from Google Play Music, Spotify, Apple Music and SoundCloud.
The Amazfit Verge Lite is powered by a 390mAh li-polymer battery that takes 2.5 hours to fully charge that can perform for 20 hours under specific conditions. The product comes with some add-on features like to diagnose the heartbeat it has PPG heart rate sensor, 3 multi-axis acceleration sensor and it also adjusts the brightness of the display with help of its ambient light sensor.
The smart device is available in the market in 2 colour options: Shark Grey and Snowcap white. The watch also offers traditional smartphone features like email notifications, messages and app support.
The product can be availed at the shopping website Flipkart with a no-cost EMI option packed with a 5% cashback for all the Axis Bank credit card holders, an extra 5% off for Axis Bank Buzz credit card along with 5% cashback for HDFC debit card holders. The company is hopeful about receiving a positive response from its customers.
