Samsung has finally launched its Galaxy Watch Active in the Indian market. The watch comes with a more sporty design that is light and versatile. The smartwatch can monitor sleep, exercise, stress, and blood pressure. In terms of design, it looks stylish and comfortable.
According to Samsung, this watch combines the best of Galaxy Heritage with improved fitness and features. Users can download ‘My BP Lab’ directly to Galaxy Watch Active to monitor blood pressure and keep better track of your health every day.
The watch can also track your activity by auto-detecting when you run, use the elliptical trainer, bike, row or start a dynamic workout. Also, you can manually engage in more than 39 activities, set your goals and monitor your progress in a very interactive way. The watch also keeps stress levels in check through breathing exercises to help them stay balanced, focused, and guided towards long-term health.
Talking about its specifications, the smartwatch comes featured with a 1.1-inch AMOLED full-colour AOD with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It comes powered with an Exynos 9110 dual-core 1.15-GHz processor. It has 768MB of RAM with 4GB of internal memory. The Galaxy Watch Active is compatible with Android 5.0 or above, and Apple iPhone 5 and above which is running on iOS 9.0 or above.
The smartwatch comes with 230mAH of battery with WPC-based wireless charging. It is available in four shades: Black, Rose Gold, Silver, and Sea Green. Galaxy Watch Active is available in India at INR 19,990. The watch is available at Samsung e-shop, Samsung Opera House, Amazon.in, and across all retail stores.
