Intermot 2016 brought loads of excitement for every visitor or motorcycle fan with its surprise launches, Eco-friendly Euro 4 compliant machines and even the 2017 range of motorcycles that were displayed on the show. # Kawasaki Motorcycles
Kawasaki was among the top presenters with 4 new products unveiled while 2 disclosed for the upcoming months. They have nearly updated all of the range with 2017 models with new designs and much improved running dynamics.
2017 Ninja 650 – The next gen Ninja 650 is now sharper and more effective than its older design. It carries loads of improvements, first being a reduction in weight to just 193 kg. It even now seems to be a much closer cousin to the Ninja 300 than before.

2017 Ninja 1000 (Z1000SX) – The liter class sports tourer now comes with added refinement and more class than before. Same as the Ninja 650’s design language, both the models are now closely resembling ZX series.

Ninja ZX-10RR – The extra R in the name clearly defines its race friendly nature, carrying premium parts like lighter wheels and even sophisticated engine parts for lesser friction and more performance.

2017 Ninja H2 Carbon – Along with others, the mighty Ninja H2 also gets a new limited edition carbon scheme, which makes it much inline with the track only Ninja H2R. Only 100 are to be made by Kawasaki.

Z900 – Not officially unveiled, the Z900 with all its details was announced at the show. It comes with an all new engine and ultra-lightweight chassis.

Z650 – The rebranded ER-6N is actually a naked version of 2017 Ninja 650 and carries a new headlight with a much lighter frame than before.

# Ducati
The Italian superbike specialist launched its much-talked SuperSport and SuperSport S @ the show. The motorcycle comes with 937cc L-twin engine producing 113 HP and 96.7 NM, while the differences between the base and S model can be clearly seen from their fairing’s shade plus the S model comes with additional benefits like Ducati Quick Shifter, pillion seat cover, 48 mm USD Ohlins forks and fully adjustable Ohlins monoshock.
SuperSport – It looks clearly inspired from 959 Panigale while it smaller engine and lower price tag seems to favor its presence.

SuperSport S – Apart form standard features, it is benefited with a quick shifter and Ohlins suspension. The single tone fairing here is much smarter than the regular model.

# Yamaha Motors
Yamaha presented two major products with considerable upgrades over the older versions. Both of them belong to the MT series.
MT-09 – Yamaha’s India bound update brought a MT-10 inspired headlamp and even shorter tail than the model sold currently. It now looks much more aggressive along with the improved dynamics.

MT-10/MT-10 SP – The MT-10 is just the 2017 version of existing motorcycle while the SP version claims a special place by sharing its mechanical features with the mighty R1M.

1090 Adventure Series – It now comes in two options as the new R variant focuses more on off-road essence while the base variant remains tarmac friendly.
1290 Super Adventure Series – The series now comes with 3 different options, specifically designed for on-road and off-road fun. The third one (SuperAdventure T) matches both under the same machine.

# Honda Motorcycles
Honda was not on a launching spree but its single product was enough to shatter away the limelight of other products at the show. The 2017 CBR1000RR Fireblade SP was one of the best product, also being an important India bound machine from Intermot 2016.
2017 CBR1000RR Fireblade – The next generation of CBR1000RR looks exciting with its sharp LED front headlights, considerably lightweight chassis and loads of technology on it. Liter class CBR is even available in performance oriented SP and track only SP2 variants.

CB1100 RS – Honda’s cafe racer has turned into a sporty machine wit 17 inch wheels, upgraded brakes and low profile tyres and redesigned fuel tank.

# Suzuki Motorcycles
They were one of the most influential brand with the biggest ever change on their flagship motorcycle. Yes, the GSX-R1000 is now much much more powerful than before.
GSX-R1000 – Suzuki was lagging a bit when it came to competition with other liter class motorcycles. Now, it uses the first out of all in the motorcycle world, VVT technology on a new liter class engine to produce around 202 PS of power.

GSX-S750 – Apart from the faired business, Suzuki also gave a preview of its 2018 product, the GSX-S750. The design is quite impressive at the first glance only.

2017 V-Storm 1000/1000 XT – The motorcycle no has an updated front windscreen with tilt function. It is also Euro 4 compliant in the 2017 version. Th XT version is more off-road friendly than the regular version.

# BMW Motorrad
BMW unveiled a long list of 2017 series motorcycles, making all of them Euro 4 compliant and bringing new paint schemes for better overall looks.
R nineT Pure – The motorcycle is a stripped down version with rear set foot pegs and elegant body finish.

R nineT Racer – It comes with half fairing and reminds the riders about the 1970’s when race bikes looked more like its very own design.

K1600GT – The super tourer now gets a revised front end and three new color options. It comes with 6-cylinder engine good for 160 HP and 175 Nm of torque.

S1000RR | S1000R | S1000XR – These three liter class machines are now Euro 4 compliant while the differences now include new exhaust for weight reduction on S1000R, ABS Pro option on S1000RR and vibration free handlebar on S1000XR.

# Aprilia
Aprilia updated its motorcycle along with a new entry to the Tuono Series. The updates are focused on both RS and Tuono series only.
Tuono 125 – Presenting the naked sport bike for beginners, Aprilia brought this in order to fulfill the dreams of those teenagers who want to own a Tuono 1100 when they grow up.

2017 RS 125 – The updated version of the bike now brings more fun to the motorcycle by adding ABS, new aluminum frame and even lap timers on the liquid cooled Euro 4 compliant machine. It is basically updated RS4 125, now known as RS 125. The 2017 125 models are powered by a 124cc DOHC single-cylinder four-stroke liquid-cooled engine.

2017 RSV4 RF – It now carries updated cornering ABS package and not loosing its 201 HP of power by being Euro 4 compliant. Quick-shifting now works for both upshifts and downshifts on the motorcycle.

2017 Tuono V4 1100 – It comes with loads of technology including Aprilia traction control, wheelie control, launch control, quick shifter, cruise control and even Bosch cornering ABS.

# Triumph Motorcycles
Triumph’s 2017 line of Bonneville motorcycles were displayed at the Intermot 2016. It even included a cafe racer based on the smaller Bonneville’s.
2017 T100 / T100 Black – The 2017 T100 and T100 Black are more inspired from the Bonneville’s from 1959. They now have a shorter wheelbase and the same 900 cc engine.

Street Cup – Based on the Street Twin in Bonneville lineup, the motorcycle carries a cafe racer stance along with aerodynamically efficient accessories and brighter paint scheme.
