Bajaj Pulsar series is one of the most popular motorcycle series in the Indian market. The price range starts from the Pulsar 150 Neon at INR 68,250 and goes up to INR 1.40 lakh for the fully-faired Pulsar RS200 sports bike.
The Pulsar series is now equipped with 1-channel Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) as standard. Surprisingly, none of the Pulsar models is equipped with a dual-channel ABS unit, not even the RS200. We feel that Bajaj should equip the NS200 and RS200 with 2-channel ABS to make them compete with the rival motorcycles in a better way.
The most value for money Pulsar is 150 Neon, powered by a 149cc, single-cylinder engine, producing 14 HP of maximum power and 13.4 Nm of torque. The model comes with a 5-speed gearbox. The top variant of the 150cc series, Pulsar 150 Twin Disc, is available for INR 88,339. For the buyers who need something more iconic, the 180 Neon comes with a semi-faired design like the 220F and is priced at INR 94,790.
The 2019 model of Bajaj Pulsar 220F now retails for INR 1,06,528. The Pulsar NS200 is available with a price tag worth INR 1.13 lakh while the fully-faired RS200 is the most expensive Pulsar at INR 1.40 lakh. All the prices mentioned here are ex-showroom Delhi. Bajaj Auto is also planning to launch the Pulsar 125 in India in the coming weeks with a price tag of around INR 62,000-65,000.
