KTM RC 125 and RC 390 are expected to get new colour options in the Indian market very soon. The Austrian brand has recently introduced new shades for its most popular sportbikes – RC 390 and the baby supersport RC 125 at the EICMA 2019.
Talking about the MY2020 colour scheme of the RC 390, the fairing on the updated model now features a large RC stickering that looks quite captivating. The overall body of the bike has been covered in a black and white colour combination that looks quite majestic for a change.
The belly pan, the wheels, and the visor of the bike have been provided with orange accents for the signature touch. The RC 390 that was on display at the EICMA 2019 was also equipped with Akrapovic exhaust setup and the engine of the updated model is being speculated to be Euro5-compliant to meet the approaching stricter emissions deadline.
Let’s dig into the details of the 2020 model of the RC 125 as it has also been introduced at the EICMA 2019 with a new colour scheme of orange and black. The frame of the RC125 has been covered in black shade whereas the wheels of the bike get a typical orange treatment.
The overall stance of the updated models is quite aggressive as compared to the already selling models. The launch of the new colours of the RC 390 and RC 125 is expected to happen in India sometime in early 2020. The MY2020 bikes will be launched in India with updated BS6-compliant engines and are likely to get some add-on features in order to maintain the desirability.
The updated BS6 models of KTM RC 125 and RC 390 are expected to be priced at least INR 10,000 more than that the already retailing bikes, which are priced at INR 1.49 lakh and INR 2.44 lakh respectively. The next-generation model of the RC 390 is currently under the testing stage whereas the same is expected to make a global debut at the Milan Motor Show (EICMA) in November 2020.
