2017 Yamaha YZF-R1 & YZF-R1M Gets New Shades

Yamaha has introduced new shades for the 2017 Yamaha YZF-R1 and YZF-R1M. Since the Indian bikes are imported as CBU’s, the same color schemes would soon make it into the country. Yamaha officially has not announced anything on the same till date.

2017 Yamaha R1 Race Blu

The R1 now comes in Tech Black shade, consisting of a combination of Matt and Glossy Black. The other is Race Blu shade with more Blue than the Silver, making it more attractive than the currently sold shade. The race spec R1M now gets new paint scheme with Blue, Black and Silver with minimum graphics.

2017 Yamaha R1 Tech Black

The Yamaha R1 and R1M is good for 200 PS and 112.4 Nm of torque while both the bikes differ in weight and equipment. Yamaha recently hiked the prices for these bikes by a considerable margin. The R1 can now be bought for INR 24,74,659 while the R1M now costs INR 33,54,330. The prices are ex-showroom Delhi.
