India’s First Yamaha Blue Square Showroom Inaugurated in Chennai

India’s first Yamaha Blue Square showroom has been recently inaugurated by the brand in Chennai. The showroom is located at 351, Anna Salai, Nandhanam, and it covers an area of 4000 sq ft. The all-new blue design language for the Yamaha showroom is inspired by Yamaha’s Racing Blue theme and is different from all other Yamaha dealerships in the country.

The Yamaha Blue Square showroom has been specifically designed to represent the brand’s innovation. The showroom features an all-blue interior with blue porches adding to its unique appeal. The brand has offered the new showroom with an in-house cafe in addition to offering an accessories department for the customers. The customers can also get their hands on genuine Yamaha apparels, accessories as well as spare parts from the Blue Square showroom.

The new showroom will also cater to the customers by digitally recording their information. The customers can further check out the QR codes of Yamaha motorcycles and download their brochures digitally in the showrooms for checking more details on the same. The brand is also planning to introduce a face-scanning system in the future for their all-new Yamaha Blue Square showrooms.

Mr Motofumi Shitara, Chairman, Yamaha Motor India group of companies said during the launch, “We are thankful to our customers for the encouragement they offered us. “Blue Square”, a new initiative from ‘The Call of the Blue’ which is designed to introduce Yamaha’s global excitement and sport will exclusively stand out in customer experiences and we hope our customers will also love to experience it.”

“At the moment when motorcycling scenario is fast-growing, there’s a potential requirement of innovating the experiences of buying, servicing and facilitating other motorcycling necessities with the help of an exclusive ambience and comfort. Yamaha’s “Blue Square” will put together an embracing racing spirit of Yamaha where an array of exciting, stylish and sporty two-wheelers and accessories will be on offer.”

“The brand will soon embark upon rapid expansion of “Blue Square” across the country. In 2020, the company will work with a target of setting up 100 “Blue Square” outlets. The unique drive from the company will also help to establish a strong connection with the new lifestyle of the motorcycle and scooter audience of the country.”
