The wait is over! Yamaha is all set to launch the much-awaited MT-15 premium street motorcycle in India on March 15. The bookings for the motorcycle have already commenced at most of the Yamaha dealerships across India. Yamaha MT-15 is basically the naked/street version of the YZF-R15 Version 3 sports bike. Like the R15 V3, the MT-15 will also be equipped with dual channel anti-lock braking system (ABS).

The upgraded design flaunts the premium equipment with pride to the fans worldwide. Yamaha is simplifying its nomenclature, picking up familiar names for all markets and using identical designs for multiple continents to save the additional design cost.

Yamaha MT-15 comes with typical street bike headlight, highly inspired by MT-09 and carrying an additional projector headlight housing under the design. The Deltabox frame is visible clearly under the sharp body panels. The front forks used on the Indian version will be shared with the Yamaha R15 V3.
