Live Photos of White-Black Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara SUV

Maruti Suzuki India Limited unveiled its new Grand Vitara SUV recently. This SUV is made in India and shipped to South Africa as a completely built unit. New white colour with a black roof that has not previously been seen. The Grand Vitara is Maruti Suzuki’s take on the Toyota Hyryder, which was also unveiled recently, and both models were co-developed by Maruti Suzuki and Toyota.

In the company lineup, the Maruti Grand Vitara replaces the S-Cross. It will be officially launched in India in September 2022 and will be the company’s flagship offering in India, sold exclusively through NEXA showrooms. The unveiling of this premium SUV coincided with NEXA’s 7th anniversary and the launch is set for 2023 in South Africa.

New Grand Vitara features state-of-the-art exterior design and interior equipment. Some of the segment’s first features, and bear NEXA’s signature design language, Crafted Futurism. It also has highly fuel-efficient hybrid powertrain options, which will set new standards for SUV buyers in the country.

A large NEXWave grille finished in high gloss black with chrome accents, 3-element LED DRLs, integrated turn lamps, and 3-element LED tail lamps to dominate the exteriors. It also has body cladding, prominent wheel arches, and 17-inch alloy wheels. The Maruti Grand Vitara will be available in six monotone colours and three dual-tone paint schemes.

Interior luxuries include black and champagne gold faux leather upholstery, accents on doors, and a piano black finish throughout the cabin. It has 3D sculpted ventilated driver and co-passenger seating, a 9-inch freestanding touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a panoramic sunroof, dual-zone climate controls, and a digital instrument cluster.

Wireless charging, a 360-degree camera, over 40 connected car features, and an in-built voice assist system activated by the “Hi Suzuki” command are also included in the new Grand Vitara. Six airbags (front, side, and curtain), hill-descent control, a rear disc brake, an electronic stability programme, and a tyre pressure monitoring system ensure safety.
