Tata Motors lost much of its reputation before the company came out with the Tiago. The small hatchback served as an 11th hour Samaritan for the company, bringing back a lot of customers with its appeal and features. It came out back in 2016 and set a standard for the cars in that segment. It revolutionized the way that Tata Motors produced the upcoming generation of cars and SUVs. They changed the way that the interiors look and feel and brought it to the rest of their cars as well. Tata introduced a lot of features within a low price range. It is a true value for money even after almost two years of its launch.
This entry-level hatchback squirmed its way into the market, competing with the likes of Hyundai Grand i10, Maruti Suzuki Celerio, Alto K10 and the Ford Figo. There were a lot of improvements made in this car which made sure that the company improved the sales of their products drastically. Despite the Tiago being a hatchback, it has a lot of interior space. There are ample legroom and enough headroom for three people to sit comfortably in the back. Multiple driving modes are offered on the car which makes the ride even more indulging. The Eco mode subdues the car to an extent that the mileage of the car is improved while the City mode allows the car to have maximum performance available at hand. This is the only car to offer a diesel engine in the segment while being the one with the most powerful engine in the segment.
