Brand-Wise 2-Wheeler Sales Report (November 2019)

The brand-wise 2-wheeler sales report for November 2019 is out now. As usual, Hero MotoCorp stands at the first position in the list with 5,05,994 units. Though there is a loss of 15.8% in sales when compared to what it had posted in November 2018, still the brand managed to lead the list.

If we take a look at the brand’s product-wise sales report, then Hero Splendor is the most-selling product for last month. Honda grabbed second place as it registered a sales figure of 3,73,283 units in November 2019.

The third and fourth spot in the list has been bagged by TVS and Bajaj that witnessed a total sales of 1,91,222 units and 1,71,735 units respectively. The fifth position in the list has been occupied by Suzuki that was good enough to register sales of 60,855 units. Following it is Royal Enfield at the sixth position by posting 58,292 units in November 2019, which is 10.4% less than what it had posted in November last year.

The seventh position in the list has been marked by Yamaha as the brand was able to sell 39,406 units last month. KTM, Vespa, and Aprilia are the next brands in the list, which registered 4,602 units, 2,741 units, and 2,285 units respectively. The premium motorcycle brands Kawasaki, Harley-Davidson, and Triumph were able to register sales of 244 units, 224 units, and 55 units respectively.

The second-last candidate in the list is Mahindra 2-wheelers, which was able to sell only 1 bike while UM Lohia is on the last position as the brand was not able to register even a single unit last month. Moreover, as per the latest details available, UM India has gone bankrupt and FADA has registered a case against the brand for fraud.

Note: Ducati, MV Agusta, BMW-Motorrad, Jawa and a few other brands never reveal their sales numbers and thus, this sales report is limited to 15 two-wheeler brands. The Aprilia sales number includes only scooters.
