The monthly sales report of cars in India for November 2021 is out and the passenger vehicle segment set a record sale of 2,45,262 units. Despite the scarcity of semi-conductor chips, Maruti Suzuki managed to hold on to their market share by grabbing 11 positions in the list of the top 25 best-selling cars in India.
In this list, Tata, Hyundai, and Mahindra also emerged as the best among the rest of the car brands. The top four positions have been grabbed by Maruti Suzuki alone. The Maruti Suzuki WagonR holds the first position with 16,853 units sold, and the Swift follows it with 14,568 units. Hyundai’s Creta took fifth place, while the Grand i10 Nios, Venue, and i20 are also in the list of the top 25 best-selling cars in India.
