2022 Kawasaki Ninja 300 Launched In India At Rs 3.37 Lakh

Kawasaki has finally launched the 2022 model of the Ninja 300 sports bike in the country after teasing for days on its social media handles. The brand has not made any mechanical updates to the bike, and it is available in the Indian two-wheeler market with a price tag of Rs 3.37 lakh (ex-showroom).

Apart from making some graphical changes, Kawasaki has also updated the colour scheme of the Ninja 300 and offered two lively colours called Candy Lime Green and Ebony. The Candy Lime Green and Ebony shade variants boast new graphics on the fairing and fuel tank, whereas the graphics on the Lime Green variant remain identical to the 2021 version.

Mechanically, the 2022 model of the Kawasaki Ninja 300 continues to be powered by the same 296cc liquid-cooled, twin-cylinder, fuel-injected engine, which is BS6-compliant. It is good for 39 HP of maximum power at 11,000 rpm and 26.1 Nm of peak torque at 10,000 rpm. To jog your memory, the BS4 model of Ninja 300 was capable of offering maximum power of 39HP and a peak torque of 27Nm. So the power remains the same while the BS6-compliant model generates slightly less torque. The engine remains mated to a 6-speed gearbox.

The MY2022 Kawasaki Ninja 300 is available in three colours in India: Candy Lime Green, Lime Green, and Ebony. The Ebony colour scheme features an all-black colour scheme with Ninja green highlights while the Candy Lime Green features Ninja green as the primary colour with ebony graphics. Coming to the Lime Green colour option (KRT Edition), it features a Green, Black, and White colour scheme, which looks pretty impressive. Except for the new colours and new graphics, the 2022 Ninja 300 remains exactly the same.
